The graduate seminar will explore the genetic tools used to identify and monitor invasive species. We will focus on current research that use a variety of genetic approaches to the conservation of species impacted by invasion or the identification and management of invasive species. The goal of this course is for graduate students to explore the application of these approaches to their own research and/or gain a deeper understanding of how these approaches are used in an applied context.
